(2)Do i need pay custom fees, like Duty or Tax?
Depending on your country. There is NO any extra custom fees within all the EU address. With all other countries, you may need pay custom fees, and it's your responsability to pay it, we are not able to help on it.
(3)After paying, how long does it take until I receive the phone?
Depending on your country, it usually takes 5 - 14 working days to reach its destination.
(4)For how long is the guarantee valid?
You will receive the order in exchange for a signature. The phones have half a year warranty , and the accessories have one month guarantee from the day you received the phone.
(7)Will this phone work with my GSM service provider in the USA (Cingular, AT&T, T-Mobile, Suncom, CellularOne, Cincinnati Bell, etc.)?
All our phones work with GSM 900/1800 networks and some also work on 1900 frequency. In the USA it depends on the band that your carrier uses. There are four bands in use throughout the world: 850, 900, 1800, and 1900. For detailed information on your country and carrier, please read about GSM coverage.
For the customers in North and South America, please choose the Quad-band(GSM: 850/ 900/ 1800/ 1900 Mhz;) phones. If you purchase the dual-band or the tri-band phones which can't work in your country, it can't be returned.
All the phones on our website can't work with 3G sim cards!

(10)When do you ship?
We try to ship all orders within 24-48 business hours. If you order a phone over the weekend, we will attempt to ship it on Monday or Tuesday. If we don't have ordered item currently in our storage, the shipping may delay for up to 5 days.
It usually takes 7 days from UK to European Union countries!
(11)What kind of shipping services do you offer?
We use courier service Royal Mail International Signed for, which is relatively cheap and safe, and of course trackable.
We offer free shipping to European Union countries. We will send one phone and two phones via Royalmail, three more phones via UPS. If you want us send one phone via UPS, please order the UPS shipping fee with the phone.
For some Central Europe and Eastern Europe countries, we will charge you 25 USD for one phone and send the phone via UPS, 10 USD for two phones, it is free shipping too for more than 3 pieces of phones.
To North and South America, it is 8 USD shipping fee for the first one; 4 USD for the second one.
(12)Do you give tracking numbers?
Absolutely, we give tracking numbers right away after the phone is shipped. If you do not receive a tracking number, please email us at: customerservices@dualsimmobileshop.co.uk
(14)I received my phone and it does not work, what should I do?
Please contact us if you are having difficulties with the phone. If it has been less than three days, we will accept a return for a new phone. If you need to return a phone to us, please email us at: customerservices@dualsimmobileshop.co.uk
(15)I bought a phone and it asks me a PIN code, where do i get it?
All phones come with factory passwords which are depending on model 1122, 1212, 0000 or 1234.
(16)I bought a phone and the package was delivered, but when i opened the box, there was no phone in it?!
We want to remind to all of our customers - always check the content of the package on delivery. If you find something's missing or has obvious defects on it, refuse to accept the package. Packages travel long distances and are handeled by many different people on it's way and unfortunatelly theres always a chance for irresponsible or just careless handeling. If you can detect these defects right on delivery, it's much easier to proccess the investigation and you can easely claim for replacement or refund. After you have accepted the package, you are legally approved the condition of it and you loose your right to blame the carrier for faulty handeling. We asure you - we double-check all the phones before shipping and if it's not in it's best condition, we don't ship it.

To protect safely online trading, you may be asked to provide the copy of your photo ID, the copy of your credit card, the copy of your recent credit card statement. These document will be used to verify the full name on the credit card account. We will protect your personal information and would not disclose them.

2.When you send the payment via paypal, the USD price will be convert to your currency automatic by paypal, the currency rate depends on current exchange rate.
